Email reports

The weekly digest that brings every site's week to your inbox, product updates, and the switches that govern them.

What lands in your inbox

Two kinds of mail are yours to switch, and they are about you, not any one site: they apply across every site you can see. Everything else, the mail that keeps your account working, arrives regardless.

Weekly digest

Every site's week in your inbox on Monday: the numbers that moved, so you can skim the week without opening the dashboard.

Product updates

Getting-started nudges and occasional product news. Off leaves you with only the mail your account needs.

Turn the digest on or off

Open your email switches

DashboardAccountIntegrations

The switches are in the Alerts panel under Integrations. They are account-level, so it does not matter which site you open to get there.

Flip Weekly digest

Toggle it off to stop the Monday mail, or on to start it. The switch reflects the saved setting, not the click: it settles once the change is stored, so what you see is always what will send.

On by default

New accounts get the weekly digest on, so the first Monday after you start collecting, the week arrives on its own. Turn it off any time and it stops; nothing else changes.

Mail these switches never govern

Sign-in links, invitations and billing notices are not preferences, they are how your account works, so they always arrive whatever the switches say. The two switches govern only the digest and product updates.

What the digest counts

  • One mail for the account, covering every site you can see, not one mail per site.
  • The week just ended, summarized: it reads the same numbers the dashboard does, so the digest and the dashboard never disagree.
  • A site with no traffic that week is not padding: the digest is a skim, not a spreadsheet.
